A few years ago, my brother was diagnosed with a debilitating Autoimmune disease. We watched him go through chronic pain, feeling miserable, and being handled by a range of doctors with no apparent cure or alternative. He was finally placed on a restrictive diet and had to change his lifestyle overnight with no sugars, no grains, and no gluten & nothing processed. We at Amor y Pan have faced the challenges of seeing a loved one affected by an incurable disease. In our quest to find a treatment for my brother, we found that proper nutrition was the most important and critical factor in his health…, and this is how Amor y Pan was born.
